One family. Separate authority.

The Hub combines read-only market intelligence, explicit user-activated Swap execution, and verified routes to separate Novex products. Product state is named before the destination opens.

Quick Swap loads the execution runtime only after the user opens it. It may silently restore a wallet that the user previously approved on this same origin. It never initiates a first connection or requests a signature without explicit user action. First connection and every signature remain user-controlled. Every order and trade also requires your action. No custody · no silent approval.

Magnets modeled zones are not observed liquidation orders. The public Hub labels the model and time window rather than implying live exchange authority.

Read every request in the wallet.

The wallet is the final authority. Novex never needs a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, remote access session, or unsolicited transfer.

EVM approvals

Novex Swap uses exact-amount approval for the current sell amount when an ERC-20 approval is required. The approval and the swap can be separate transactions. If approval succeeds and the swap does not, an allowance may remain. Reopen the same reviewed route or revoke the allowance through the wallet approval manager.

Solana transactions

Solana routes arrive as a transaction for the selected wallet to inspect and authorize. Verify the active account, expected token accounts, amount, network, and any displayed simulation warning. Cancel and request a fresh quote if the blockhash or quote expires.

The network selects the rail.

Novex Swap shows the route, provider, expected output, minimum received, fee, and network cost before the wallet request when those values are available.

Solana, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and Robinhood Chain support same-chain swaps. Guarded deBridge routes are available among the first five networks. The separate Solana-to-Robinhood intent remains gated.

A network switch does not bridge assets. A same-chain route keeps the source and destination on one network. A cross-chain route adds a source transaction, provider processing, and destination settlement. Do not retry a pending cross-chain action until its source transaction and provider state are understood.

Perpetuals live in Terminal.

Terminal is the separate Orderly execution product for perpetual markets, collateral, order entry, positions, and account state. Scanner can prepare a symbol route. It cannot place an order.

Move collateral from the product that owns it.

Swap routes exchange supported tokens from the connected wallet. Terminal manages Orderly collateral and withdrawal state. These are different actions with different contracts and receipts.

   Start deposits and withdrawals from the authenticated Terminal interface. Do not use an address supplied in a direct message.

   Match network and asset

   Use only the network and collateral asset shown in the live product. A valid token on the wrong network can be unrecoverable.

   Inspect the wallet request

   Verify the contract or destination, asset, amount, network, and any approval. A deposit can require more than one wallet action.

   Wait for authoritative state

   After broadcast, confirm the transaction hash and Terminal account state. Do not submit a duplicate because one interface is slow to update.

Availability, minimums, finality, and withdrawal processing depend on the current Orderly product state and selected network. If Terminal and the explorer disagree, preserve the transaction hash and use verified support.

A supported chain does not make every token routable.

Network support and asset support are separate. The live product catalog and current quote determine whether a specific pair can be routed.

Search the token by verified contract identifier when symbols collide. Confirm decimals and network. For perpetuals, use Scanner or Terminal to verify the live Orderly market catalog. A spot asset in Swap does not imply a corresponding perpetual market in Terminal.

Price the complete action.

Expected output is not the only cost. Read the product receipt and wallet request before authorizing.

Novex Swap fee

The launch execution fee is 0.50% of the token being sold. The server pins the fee and recipient.

Network cost

Gas or transaction fees paid to the selected network. Congestion can change the final amount.

Provider or bridge cost

Third-party routing and cross-chain costs can apply. They are separate from the Novex execution fee.

Price impact

The estimated movement caused by route liquidity and order size. Thin liquidity can make the final rate materially worse.

Minimum received

The lowest output the reviewed Swap transaction should accept before reverting, subject to the actual route contract.

Perpetual costs

Terminal trading can include provider trading fees, funding, slippage, network costs, and liquidation losses.

A wide slippage setting increases the range of acceptable execution. It does not guarantee a fill or protect against a harmful token, transfer tax, or broken market. Request a fresh quote if size, route, provider, fee, or minimum received changes.

Track state, not animation.

A browser message is not final settlement. Follow the quote, wallet, network, provider, and destination states in order.

Unavailable can be the correct result.

Novex should stop rather than invent a quote, market value, product state, identity, balance, or execution conclusion.

The Predict surface remains a preview with recorded data. Production issuance remains controlled by separate release gates. The public HQ placeholder does not activate funded onboarding.

Fix the connection without weakening the check.

Start with the wallet family, selected network, active account, and exact product. Never solve a connection problem by importing a seed phrase into an unfamiliar site.

Preserve evidence before retrying.

When a product, network, or provider is degraded, the safest next action is often to stop, record the state, and wait for authoritative confirmation.

Novex does not publish one timeless list of every routable asset or provider contract. Asset availability and routes can change. Use the active Novex quote, confirm the token contract identifier and network in the wallet, and compare the transaction on the selected network explorer. Never use a contract address supplied only through a direct message, reply, or unofficial channel.

For a support issue, preserve the safe public transaction hash and the contract identifier shown by the wallet or explorer. Do not send a signed payload or private account details.
