Private Vercel integration only

Novex Synthetic Read Deployment Proof

This page documents a founder-controlled private integration used to verify exact protected Preview deployments and their bounded staging read paths. It is not a public Novex product, trading service, wallet flow, or user enrollment surface.

Purpose

The integration binds an approved source revision to an exact Vercel project, Preview deployment, and sanitized runtime receipt. Its only intended outcome is evidence that a reviewed staging deployment matches the approved source and remains isolated from production activation.

Authorized scope

  • Founder-controlled Novex Vercel projects and Preview environments.
  • Exact deployment, source, project, environment, and non-secret binding identifiers.
  • Protected synthetic staging checks using test subjects and no real-user data.
  • Sanitized PASS, NO-GO, and rollback receipts.

Explicit exclusions

  • No credential, token, connection-string, private-fee, or environment value is read or copied.
  • No wallet is connected and no trade, order, position, transfer, signature, or real-user event is created.
  • No production NXP issuance or public Quests V2 activation is permitted.
  • No DNS, domain, CTN, or legacy Terminal fallback mutation is permitted.

Fail-closed operation

Every action is pinned to an independently reviewed source and resource identity. A mismatch stops the lane. A provider-side failure returns an exact zero-mutation receipt or restores the pinned rollback deployment before any later gate can continue.

Installation and removal

Installation is private and limited to the named team, projects, and Preview targets in the approved packet. Removal proceeds in reverse dependency order: stop monitors, disconnect project bindings, remove the private integration, and verify that production and unrelated environments are unchanged.

Scope boundary. These documents describe the private integration only. They do not replace the separate legal review required before any public trading, eligibility, funded onboarding, reward issuance, or user-facing Quests program.
