Public Hub requests
When you load a public Novex page, hosting and network providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, device and browser details, requested URL, timestamps, response status, and security signals.

This page explains the current public Novex website boundary. Separate products and third parties may process different data only when you choose to use them.

Browsing, contacting support, and opening an execution product are different actions. Each introduces a different provider boundary.

Ordinary request data may reach hosting and network providers. Read-only market pages do not require a wallet.

These are the current public boundaries. A future release that materially expands them requires an updated notice.
Browse and research
Read-only intelligence by default
Scanner, Market Pulse, Magnets, Docs, Status, and public Intelligence are read-only market or research surfaces and do not require a wallet. Scanner search and filtering stay in your browser. Public status checks request fixed endpoints and do not request positions, orders, fills, balances, or wallet identifiers.
Explicit Swap and Terminal actions
Opening Quick Swap lazily loads the embedded non-custodial Swap runtime. It may silently check for and restore a wallet previously approved on that origin; it does not request a first connection or signature without explicit user action. The dedicated Swap and Terminal sites remain separately deployed. When you choose an execution surface, that surface, your wallet, networks, and providers may process public wallet addresses, balances, token holdings, signatures, account state, transaction data, device data, and network metadata under their own rules.
Support and learning
Support and social channels
If you contact Novex through Telegram, X, email, or another linked service, that provider processes your account and message. Send only the minimum detail needed. Do not post private account, wallet, trade, or security data publicly.
Academy
Academy Web has its own product boundary. The submitted offline iOS app has a separate App Privacy page. Public Academy practice or device-local progress is not an authoritative HQ or NXP record.
Purposes
Current public data is used to deliver pages, keep services secure, diagnose reliability, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain public product truth. Novex does not use public Hub activity to choose a wallet, identity, reward amount, order, or trade for you.
Use and retention
Sale and advertising
Novex does not currently sell personal information or use public Hub activity for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement does not control independent processing by sites you choose to visit.
Retention and security
Data is kept only as needed for service delivery, security, support, dispute handling, provider obligations, and applicable law, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate. Providers may keep their own logs. Novex uses data minimization, least privilege, secret scanning, and separated product boundaries, but no system is completely secure.
Choices
You can browse the Hub without connecting a wallet. You may decline wallet and signature requests, avoid optional external links, clear browser data, disconnect provider sessions, and contact support about access, correction, or deletion questions that apply to data Novex controls.
People and locations
Children
Wallet and execution features are not intended for children. Educational content and the offline Academy app have separate age and privacy boundaries. Parents and guardians should review content and device settings appropriate for their household.
International processing
Internet and infrastructure providers may process data in multiple countries. Third-party services have their own locations, safeguards, and notices. Do not use a connected product where its processing or terms are not acceptable to you.
Questions and changes
Use verified Novex support for privacy questions and identify the request as private. This page will be updated before Novex materially expands the public data boundary described here.

Novex public pages remain useful before you connect a wallet or disclose information through another channel.
Use public research, Docs, Status, and Scanner without connecting an account.
Reject any connection or signature that differs from the action you intentionally opened.
Keep credentials, recovery material, private backups, and detailed account records out of support messages.
Avoid optional links, clear browser data, and disconnect provider sessions when appropriate.

Novex support does not need your seed phrase, private key, recovery code, unsolicited transfer, or remote-wallet approval.
