Effective July 29, 2026. This notice describes the limited operational information used by the founder-controlled Novex Synthetic Read Deployment Proof integration. It is not the privacy notice for public trading, funded onboarding, rewards, Quests, wallets, or other Novex products.
The integration is designed not to read or copy credential values, environment values, connection strings, private fees, wallet data, trader or account data, orders, positions, signatures, or real-user records. Synthetic staging subjects must not identify a real person.
Bounded information is used to verify exact deployment identity, prove staging isolation, detect drift, support security review, produce sanitized PASS or NO-GO evidence, and restore a pinned rollback deployment when required.
Operational information may be processed by Vercel as the hosting and integration platform and by infrastructure providers named in an approved packet only as required for the protected staging check. Novex does not sell this integration information or use it for advertising.
Vercel independently processes account, platform, and usage information under its Privacy Notice. This Novex notice does not replace or modify Vercel’s notice.
Sanitized deployment and audit evidence is retained only as reasonably needed for operational integrity, security, review, and rollback. Integration removal follows the approved reverse dependency order. Platform-level retention remains governed by the relevant provider’s controls and policies.
The integration uses least-privilege Preview scope, exact source and resource pins, independent review, fail-closed gates, and sanitized receipts. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
