Effective July 29, 2026. These terms apply only to authorized use of the founder-controlled Novex Synthetic Read Deployment Proof integration. They are not general Novex website terms, trading terms, an exchange agreement, or a public end-user license.
The integration may be installed or operated only by the Novex founder or a specifically authorized reviewer acting within an approved, immutable packet. No public signup, account creation, sublicense, resale, or transfer is offered.
Authorized operators may use the integration only to bind reviewed source to protected Preview deployments, verify bounded synthetic staging behavior, create sanitized evidence, and perform the exact rollback described in the approved packet.
The integration runs through Vercel. Use of Vercel remains subject to Vercel’s own Terms of Service, policies, account permissions, and platform controls. These terms do not modify Vercel’s terms or grant rights in Vercel systems.
An identity, source, permission, deployment, or runtime mismatch requires the operation to stop. Novex may disable or remove the integration immediately to protect systems, preserve the evidence chain, satisfy a platform requirement, or enforce these terms.
Installation or successful staging verification does not authorize production activation, user access, funded activity, token or reward issuance, a post-soak canary, or any transaction. Each such action requires a separate explicit approval and its own independently reviewed evidence.
The integration is an internal operational control and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Any material scope or permission change requires a new exact packet and review before use.
