Public website terms Effective August 3, 2026
These Website Terms apply to Novex public information, research, education, discovery, status, support, and the Hub shell that can load Quick Swap after you explicitly open it. They do not approve a person, country, account, wallet, funded onboarding flow, or trading activity.
Using a public Novex page means using that surface under these Website Terms. Public information never creates trading approval, eligibility, or an account.
No wallet, request, storage, or remote data call.
Public agreement
Read the rule that matches the action in front of you. Product-specific terms and eligibility controls may add requirements before any connected action.
By accessing or using a Novex public surface, you agree to use it only as permitted by these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the surface. Material account, execution, incentive, or cohort features require any separate policy and acceptance flow displayed for that feature.
Novex content is general information, education, product documentation, or research. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or personalized financial advice and is not a recommendation or guarantee.
“Live” means released, not continuously available. “Preview,” “research,” “placeholder,” “fallback,” and “unavailable” have distinct meanings described in the Docs. Do not treat a preview or modeled value as an authoritative provider record.
Novex does not request custody of your funds or recovery material. The Hub’s Quick Swap runtime loads only after you open that tab and may silently restore a wallet previously approved on that origin. A first connection and every signature require explicit user action. Dedicated Swap and Terminal execution remain clearly identified. You are responsible for your wallet, device, network, permissions, signatures, transactions, taxes, and independent verification.
Novex links to or relies on wallets, blockchains, routing providers, market-data providers, hosting, social platforms, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. Novex does not control their availability, rules, data, or performance.
Digital assets, leverage, smart contracts, bridges, networks, and third-party providers can fail or change rapidly. Data may be delayed, incomplete, venue-specific, unavailable, or wrong. Read the Risk Disclosure before using an execution surface.
NXP is nontransferable platform points with no guaranteed cash, token, redemption, or monetary value. Public pages do not create an NXP balance or reward authority. A displayed legacy, preview, local, or synthetic value is not an authoritative ledger record.
Do not violate law or provider rules; evade access or safety controls; impersonate another person; access another account; manipulate markets; abuse promotions; disrupt or probe systems outside the published security process; submit malware, secrets, or unlawful content; or use Novex to harm others.
Novex names, interfaces, research, documentation, artwork, and original content are protected by applicable rights. You may use public pages for ordinary personal access. No right is granted to misrepresent affiliation, copy the service as your own, or remove provenance.
Novex may correct, limit, suspend, remove, or change a public surface for security, reliability, provider, legal, or product reasons. Status checks describe observed availability only and do not guarantee correctness or future access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, public surfaces are provided “as is” and “as available.” Novex does not promise uninterrupted access, complete or current data, a specific result, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from every defect.
You remain responsible for your decisions and for complying with rules that apply to you. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded. Questions about these Website Terms can be raised through verified Novex support.
Current release boundary
Quick Swap, the dedicated Swap site, Terminal, wallets, networks, and third-party protocols may present additional terms and eligibility rules.
A page loading does not prove that a person, country, wallet, route, or activity is permitted.
Research, education, Swap, and Terminal keep separate roles, records, providers, and risks.
These Website Terms do not activate funded onboarding, NXP issuance, a public execution cohort, or any disabled product.
