Price can outrun the plan.
Markets can gap, cascade, become thin, or stop. Orders may fill partially, at a worse price, later than expected, or not at all. Stop, limit, reduce-only, and take-profit instructions do not guarantee execution or price.
Risk Disclosure Updated August 11, 2026
Digital assets, perpetual futures, leverage, wallets, smart contracts, and third-party infrastructure involve substantial risk. You can lose all committed funds quickly. Novex cannot determine whether a trade, route, asset, or product is suitable for you.
A quote can change before signing. Confirm the token contracts, provider route, minimum received, 0.50% Novex fee, estimated network cost, and the exact wallet request.
This local selector stores and sends nothing.
Four failure planes
A polished interface cannot remove market structure, provider, network, model, or custody risk. Controls can reduce exposure. They cannot guarantee an outcome.
Markets can gap, cascade, become thin, or stop. Orders may fill partially, at a worse price, later than expected, or not at all. Stop, limit, reduce-only, and take-profit instructions do not guarantee execution or price.
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Liquidation can occur before you react. Funding can become volatile and adverse. Estimated liquidation levels may omit fees, collateral changes, provider rules, or other positions.
Contracts, RPCs, validators, bridges, routers, stable assets, liquidity sources, and providers can fail, be attacked, change terms, restrict access, reorganize, depeg, become congested, or stop operating.
A compromised device, extension, key, recovery phrase, approval, or signature can cause irreversible loss. Check the domain, network, asset, amount, recipient, allowance, and action inside your wallet.
Material disclosures
These risks can interact. A data delay can lead to a poor order. A provider outage can prevent a response. A retry can duplicate the intended action.
Mark, index, oracle, last-trade, and spot prices may differ. The provider’s designated calculation can control margin, liquidation, funding, or settlement even when another chart shows a different value.
A signature may authorize more than a simple login. Review the exact transaction or message. Novex Swap requests exact approvals, but an approval can remain after a failed swap until used or revoked.
Trading fees, disclosed Novex execution fees, funding, network costs, token taxes, approval costs, price impact, liquidation charges, and withdrawals can materially change the result. Quotes can expire or move before signing.
Market data and research may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly normalized, or wrong. Magnets modeled zones are not observed liquidation orders or resting order-book depth. Historical and modeled results do not predict future results.
A browser acknowledgment is not always the authoritative provider record. After an error or reconnection, verify transactions, approvals, positions, open orders, and balances before retrying. An unsafe retry can duplicate an intended action.
Access can be restricted by location, person status, sanctions, provider terms, product rules, or law. A working interface never proves that use is permitted. Requirements can change and may affect access or wind-down.
No audit or security control makes software unhackable. Impersonators may use copied domains, fake support accounts, airdrops, recovery offers, or urgent wallet prompts. Use only destinations verified from the Public Hub.
Use only funds you can afford to lose. Independently evaluate the asset, route, provider, and product. Consider professional advice appropriate to your circumstances. Stop when authoritative state or the requested action is unclear.
After an error
Reconnection can make a failed interface look like a failed transaction. Verify the authoritative record before sending anything again.
Close duplicate prompts and leave the wallet request unsigned.
Review the explorer, provider record, order list, positions, and balances.
Confirm what executed, what remains open, and which approval still exists.
Continue only when the new route or order matches the action you choose.
Final authority
Verify product status, read the route, and reject any request that differs from the action you selected. When the state is unclear, stop and use the verified support path.
