Swap troubleshooting

01My wallet is installed but does not appear.

Open the wallet and complete its local access step, then refresh Novex Swap. Compatible wallet availability differs between Solana and EVM networks. Confirm that the wallet supports the network you selected.

02My route changed before the wallet opened.

This is a safety stop. Review the refreshed minimum output, fee, network cost, provider, and route before trying again.

03My approval succeeded but the swap did not.

An exact approval may remain for the approved amount. Reopen the same reviewed swap or revoke the approval through your wallet’s approval manager. Novex does not request unlimited approvals.

04I selected the wrong network.

Cancel the wallet request. Switch networks inside Novex Swap, confirm the wallet follows, and request a fresh quote. A network switch does not bridge assets.

Use desktop Chrome with Solflare for Solana or MetaMask for EVM. Open your wallet extension, then refresh Novex.

Wallet connected, but NXP is not signed in

Choose the wallet you trade with. Connection and sign-in are separate steps: after connecting, press Continue again to review the sign-in message. The signature costs no gas and does not approve a transaction.

My NXP balance is unavailable

Confirm you selected your trading wallet and retry from My NXP. Check NXP status if the balance remains unavailable. Never share a seed phrase, private key, signed message, or private account details with support.
