Data Novex collects
None. The iOS app does not collect personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, advertising data, wallet information, trading information, or learning progress.
Novex Academy for iOS
Your learning record stays on your device.
Effective July 29, 2026. This policy applies only to the Novex Academy iOS app. The app is guest-first and offline-first. It does not require an account, connect a wallet, place trades, issue rewards, or send learning activity to Novex.
Local learning data
Lesson completion, bookmarks, and practice results are stored locally on your device. They are not an identity, credential, balance, reward record, or proof of eligibility.
Backup and deletion
You can export a local learning backup, restore a compatible backup, or delete all local learning data from inside the app. Novex cannot recover data you delete because Novex does not receive a copy.
Tracking and advertising
The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, third-party sign-in, or third-party package dependency. Novex does not sell or share app data because the app does not collect it.
Network and account boundary
The curriculum is bundled with the app and validated locally. The app does not use a network service, account backend, wallet provider, exchange SDK, deposit flow, withdrawal flow, or payment capability.
Children
The app does not knowingly collect information from children or adults. Parents and guardians should review the educational content and device settings appropriate for their household.
Policy changes
If a future version adds data collection or a connected service, Novex will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before that version is released.

Separate products have separate boundaries. This policy does not describe the Novex website, Terminal, Swap, Quests, or any future account-connected service.
